There are many reasons why we liked and thoroughly enjoyed working with Tania.
First, has to be her overall professionalism with the way she conducted herself at ALL times with us, the sellers and with each and every visitation that she herself met with potential buyers.
Not in the habit of selling our house on a daily basis, there were many decorating ideas that were required to help us prepare our home for selling.
Tania setup, within the first week, a meeting with her staging team to go over every square inch of our home and to discuss what we should do regarding room colours, placing of furniture, downsizing and removal of personal decorations that distracted the true character of our home.
She always notified us well in advance when there was to be a visitation, and also if there was a cancellation. Again, being in business myself, I greatly valued this with Tania.
She was always punctual, always left our home neat and tidy and made sure that everything was secure on her departure.
In addition to her professionalism, we found Tania to be very personal and a pleasure to just talk with. She always took the time to let us know if there was something that was necessary for us to do regarding the yard or inside, and always listened to our concerns, never skipped over any details or made us feel rushed.
